Sphere follow-up planner
Tell us roughly how many people you know and how much energy you have for outreach. We'll turn it into a realistic weekly plan: how many messages, what to send, and how often everyone hears from you.

How the planner works
The plan aims for a personal touch about once a month for close contacts and about once a quarter for warm contacts. That's a rhythm many relationship-based agents use. We compare it with the time you said you have, and if your sphere is bigger than your time, we stretch the cycle instead of asking you to do more.
About one in five messages is something useful (a neighborhood sale, a maintenance reminder) rather than a check-in, and handwritten notes go out at the end of your outreach week. Session times assume about three minutes per personal message, plus a few minutes to log replies.

Questions agents ask
How often should I contact my sphere of influence?
A common rhythm is a personal touch about once a month for your closest contacts and about once a quarter for everyone else who knows you. The planner shows whether your time budget supports that rhythm, and adjusts it if not.
How many people should be in my sphere?
There's no minimum. Start with the people you'd genuinely enjoy hearing from, even if that's only ten. You can add more as the habit gets easier.
What counts as a touch?
Any personal, one-to-one contact: a text, a handwritten note, a short email with something useful, or a quick comment on news in their life. Mass emails and automated messages don't count.
Does the planner save my information?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
